  • Where Are You Based?

    We are based in Winnellie; Darwin feels free to contact us before booking to discuss your options.

  • What Do I Do With Extra Luggage I Don’t Need On The Track?

    There are a few options here! If you are staying at the same hotel before and after your hike, they will most likely be happy to store your luggage for you.

    Failing that, our office is a partnership with Stasher – a luggage storage company, which we will keep your luggage safe in our locker room until you back from your trip – of course, you need to book the service for it

  • How Do I Make A Booking?

    You can make a booking online by selecting the item you wish to hire and filling out the details of your hire period. Alternatively, send an email to enquiries@territorycamphire.com.au with the item/s, date and duration of the hire period and we will send you through a quote. Gear hire and transport bookings need to be completed separately - follow this link to get booking.

  • HELP! I'm Not Sure What I Need

    Not a problem at all.... our friendly staffs are happy to help! Send us an email to enquiries@territorycamphire.com.au and tell us about your plans - we will endeavour to point you in the right direction and help you chose the right gear for your holiday!

  • Where Do I Pick Up & Drop Off The Gear?

    Depending on the day, we can drop the gear off to your accommodation either meeting you there or leaving it with reception for you to collect. We may drop the gear off to a location in Darwin if we’re un-able to drop off to your accommodation (in the instance of there being no reception).Either way we will contact you via email to organise a suitable pick up/drop off location and time after your booking - if you only have a small window of time available please Contact Us first to ensure the pick up/drop off is possible
